If you have mental health insurance benefits from your job, I can provide the necessary information for partial reimbursement at your insurance company’s out-of-network rate. Full payment is due at the time of service, and I may need to give you a mental health diagnosis, which will become part of your permanent health record. We can discuss the pros and cons of using insurance before you decide. I accept health insurance from Aetna, Oscar Health, United Healthcare, and Oxford plans. Give me a call, and we will go from there.

FEES and costs

Payment Options

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Health Savings Accounts or Flex Plans (HSA/FSA) may also be used. Payment is due in full at the beginning of each session.

Counseling Fees

These sessions are virtual only:

• Individual session (45 minutes): $125
• Initial couple’s session (60 minutes): $135; thereafter, 45-minute sessions at $125



Supervision Fees

• Individual supervision (60 minutes): $70
• Group supervision (120 minutes bi-weekly): $40 per hour, Saturdays 9:30 a.m.–11:30 am by video
